Terms of use
ihategas.xyz is a set of crypto tools that run in your browser. Using the site means accepting the terms below. They are short because the site does little on your behalf: it never holds your keys, never holds your funds, and never sends a transaction for you.
Operated by Pratyaksh Gupta · Effective 28 August 2026
The site never takes custody
There are no accounts and no deposits. Nothing you type is a credential we hold. Tools that build a transaction hand the finished transaction to your own wallet; your wallet asks you to approve it, and your wallet — not this site — signs and broadcasts it. Private keys, seed phrases and hardware devices never reach us, because nothing in the site ever asks for them.
No page on this site will ever ask you for a seed phrase or a private key. Treat any page that does as an impostor.
Transactions are irreversible and unsupported
Once a transaction is broadcast, it cannot be recalled, cancelled or refunded by anyone — not by us, not by the wallet you used, not by the network. A wrong address, a wrong amount, a wrong chain or an approval granted to a hostile contract is permanent.
There is no support channel that can reverse a transaction, recover a lost key, or restore funds sent somewhere unintended. If a tool here helped you build the transaction, that does not change any of this.
Nothing here is advice
Every screen on this site shows data. None of it is financial, investment, tax, accounting or legal advice, and none of it is a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, bridge, stake or sign anything. The decisions are entirely yours.
Risk and screening tools report what a third-party data source says about an address or a token. That is one vendor’s opinion at one moment, not a legal determination, not a compliance clearance, and not a guarantee that anything is safe or unsafe. A clean result is not proof of safety, and a flagged result is not proof of wrongdoing.
Data can be wrong, stale or missing
Balances, prices, quotes, gas estimates, simulations, yields and histories come from public nodes and third-party APIs. Those services can return outdated numbers, rate-limit you, disagree with each other, or go down entirely. Simulated results describe a past chain state and do not bind what happens when a transaction actually lands.
Verify anything that matters against the transaction your wallet shows you, and against a block explorer, before you approve it.
Third-party services and protocols
Some tools route through protocols and services operated by other people — swap aggregators, order books, multisig services, governance platforms and public RPC providers among them. Those have their own terms, their own smart contracts and their own risks, none of which we control or audit. Interacting with them through this site is the same as interacting with them directly.
Swap routing fees, spread and slippage are set by the venue that fills your order. Any fee this site adds is a flat fraction applied identically to every route, venue, chain and token, and it is currently zero.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the security of your own device, browser, wallet and keys; for reading the transaction your wallet shows you before approving it; and for whether using these tools is lawful where you are. Do not use the site to do anything illegal, to evade sanctions, or in a way that attacks or overloads the site or the services it reads from.
No warranty
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. There is no promise that the site will be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or that any figure it shows is correct.
The code may contain bugs. Tools may be changed, renamed or removed at any time without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pratyaksh Gupta is not liable for any loss of funds, tokens, keys, profits or data, or for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, arising from your use of the site — including losses that follow from a transaction you signed, a third-party service that failed, or data this site displayed incorrectly.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, in which case the exclusions above apply only as far as that law permits.
Changes
These terms may change. The effective date at the top says when this version was published, and continuing to use the site after a change means the new version applies.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of India.
