About dust sweeper
Small leftover balances, with the gas each conversion costs set against what it would recover. Each conversion is its own transaction and its own gas, so on a busy network the fee frequently exceeds what you would recover — the tool says so plainly rather than letting you pay to move your own dust around. Tokens with no market price are excluded entirely: they cannot be sold, and attempting it means interacting with a contract that was placed in your wallet by someone who wanted you to.
