Sanctions Check

Reads public data

Screen an address against GoPlus's risk data, including its sanctions flag.

one lookup — the check is not per network
This reads one flag, named "sanctioned", from GoPlus's aggregated malicious-address database. It is not a query against the OFAC SDN list or any other official register. The same address returns the same answer on every chain, so there is no network to choose.

About sanctions check

Reads GoPlus's address database and reports the single sanctions flag it returns. That flag is aggregated from third-party threat intelligence — GoPlus names SlowMist and BlockSec as its sources — and no official list, the OFAC SDN file included, is read here. It matters differently from the other safety tools: interacting with a sanctioned address can be a criminal offence in many jurisdictions regardless of what you intended or knew. It is a screening aid, not a compliance programme — one provider's data at one moment, covering a subset of lists and lagging new designations. A legal obligation to screen needs a service that carries that obligation contractually.
