Since the Pectra upgrade, an ordinary wallet can delegate to a contract and gain smart-account behaviour — batching, gas paid in tokens, session keys — without changing its address. The same mechanism is a clean way to drain a wallet if you delegate to the wrong contract, and delegation is invisible unless you look. This checks whether an address has delegated and to what.
