Gas prices, live from each network's own node, converted into what a real action actually costs. The comparison is the point: the same swap can cost a few cents on one network and several dollars on another, and the gap moves constantly. The figures here are execution gas only. A rollup also pays to post its data back to Ethereum, so its real total is higher than what is shown, and moves with mainnet even when its own gas price does not.
